This beautiful lake is one of the deepest and oldest lakes in Europe. Ohrid lake straddles the mountainous border between the eastern Albania and southwestern part of North Macedonia. Ohrid is also well known as Ohrid pearl, because of its origin and production pearls are unique jewellery in the world. On the lake there are so many things to do: walking near the lake, driving bicycles, shopping at an old market, but what is recommended is to take a boat ride through the lake and get the full experience about this rare natural beauty.
