It all starts in the morning, with flexible pick up time, but highly suggested around 8AM. Why? Reason is simple, just to beat the crowd. Before tourist buses start coming around 11AM with big groups to Krka National Park. Your private driver / tour guide will pick you up in the morning at your place in Split area and drive shortest and fastest way to Krka Waterfalls. After getting to know each other, he will answer your questions or talk about some interesting facts about the area you will visit, or about Croatia, in general. In case you just want to sit back and relax, we will adjust to you.

In one hour drive from Split to Krka you can see on the way Klis Fortress – Game of Thrones sight and important historical place for Dalmatia. You can just see it from driving, without stopping, unless you have contacted us about stopping there before or after visiting Krka Waterfalls.

Krka Waterfalls has two official entrances. Entrance 1 is called Lozovac, entrance 2 is Skradin. Probably that does not mean too much to you, but important difference is that on Entrance 1 – Lozovac, driver can with agency Voucher drive you directly to the center of National Park, and pick you up also there. If you like more boat ride, than entrance Skradin is better, but possible problem is that boats are leaving from Skradin to center of National Park every hour (at 9AM, 10AM, 11AM, 12AM etc.). If you are late for any reason, you will have to wait possibly one hour.

It is possible to enter on Entrance 1 with a car, walk inside the National Park Krka and exit with boat ride on Entrance 2 – town Skradin. Please note that you can agree all that before getting to Krka. Boats are not operating in low season.

Once you arrive at the National park you will have the opportunity to enjoy in impressive network of forest pathways and boardwalks leading through lush fields of wildflowers, small stone houses, and watermills and fascinating sights of waterfalls. You will enjoy in the sound of the longest waterfall on the Krka River – the Skradinski buk, which is one of the most beautiful cliff waterfalls in Europe. Depending on your wishes, you can hike on the many scenic trails, relax in park, or taste some traditional food in a typical Dalmatian tavern (Konoba) before returning back to Split. Please note that swimming at National Park Krka is not allowed from 2020 due to pollution (flora and fauna).
